A:Yes, OEM service is available.
Q:What is your MOQ?
A:Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
Q:Is sample charge refundable?
A:Yes. Simple customized design will be charged in advance and refunded as per order placed, such as laser printing or silk printing. But the sample charge for heat transfer printing, water transfer printing or air transfer printing is nonrefundable.
Q:Who will be responsible for the sample shipping cost?
A:Sample shipping cost will be paid by customer.
Q:How long is the samples and production lead time?
A:It takes 3 days. It takes 7- 15days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

A:We will control the quality and packaging process seriously in order to avoid this situation. However, if this kind of issue unfortunately happened and confirmed because of our responsibility, we will send new products to replace the failure ones.
