It is very suitable for assembly, high-speed handling, fast stamping, CNC machine loading and unloading, and 3D visual sorting. The weight of the robot body is about 50kg. It is a new type of structured robot with a very high cost performance.

 

 

Product Parameters

Original design.
The new generation of robots HSR-BR series robots break the traditional movement method and carry out the unique innovative design currently in the world. On the basis of the universal six-axis robot, the BR series robots add internal rotation function, which enables the long arm of robot can easily perform connection or handling between small spaces or workstations such as the drill center. The robot has a small footprint, and its movement doesn't occupy external space.


High speed.
With innovative structure, the robot body is light in weight and has a small inertia. Under the combination of the high-speed motor and the internal rotation function, rapid stamping and CNC loading and unloading can be achieved. The standard handling time for 1800mm spacing can be controlled within 3s.


The arm is long and can be customized.
4 models are mass produced with repeatability lower than ±0.05mm, payload 9kg, 6kg, 4kg, 2kg, and arm length 1042mm, 1222mm, 1402mm, 1762mm. We provide customized arm length for large order.


Cost-effective.
Compared with the robot with the same level of payload and arm, the performance is better and the price is more affordable.

High-speed Stamping Automation Line

Material handling.The robots occupy only the area of the base, and the connection of the workstation approximates the straight line of the joint space (inner rotation). The robots have a rapid speed, and the workpiece can be easily turned over at a high speed. For 1800mm, standard handling time is 5s including the cycle and turnover, standard handling time reaches 3s without turnover.
 
Drilling Center Automatic Processing 

The footprint is small and the movement is very flexible. It is specially designed for CNC high-speed drilling center and fast punching machine. Its internal rotation structure allows easy connection or handling between stations within 800mm spacing for the driller center.
3D Visual Sorting in Logistics Industry

Beautiful and fast. The invented internal rotation structure and control method minimize the inertia during movement, based on which, high-speed is easily achieved with high-speed motor and lightweight design of body; even only using general six-axis robot function instead of using internal rotation function, the speed can also surpass that of the ordinary six-axis robot with lightweight body and high speed motion control; the 3D visual operation speed sorting time is as fast as 3.5s.
