FVD vertical barrel pump is multi-stage, radial split type structure. Impeller type is single suction structure, segmental guide vane, single-stage shell. In order to improve pump anti-cavitation property, primary impeller applies suction impeller.
Axial force is balanced by balance disc device. Remaining axial force is bore by matched angular contact ball bearing.
Outer shell bears inlet pressure. Outer shell length and pump assembly depth are determined by the requirements of device NPSH. The pump can also be used as multi-stage submerged pump, tank pump and multi-stage pipeline mounted pump When used as multi-stage submerged pump, it can be assembled in medium pool with no need of outer shell. When used as multi-stage pipeline mounted pump, apply standard structural horizontal inlet and outlet, or assemble suction flange for connection with pipelines under the pump without shell.
When seen from motor side, pump rotation direction is counter-clockwise.
There is independent internal circulating automatic lubricating system in the big oil storage room of bearing box. It can deploy lubricant cooling system according to temperature condition of transported medium. During mechanical sealing or repairing process of balanced components, we can remove bearing part from pump without independently removing bearings. Motor and motor bracket also don't need to be removed. Repairing process is simped.
When pump inserting depth reaches a certain degree, pump axle has intermediate support. But the whole has no contact. Rigid design.
Cartridge mechanical seal can be designed as independent face type and series type. Also can apply gas seal according to medium volume condition and owner's requirements.
