This machine use the straight line into the bottle, automatically arrange caps, sleeve caps, caps after sleeve and check will go to gland system by the clamping belt.
This automatic inline lid-pressing machine has four speed-adjustable motors which are separately used in lid-arranging, sleeve lid, lid-pressing and conveying, in the working process can be automatic arrange lid, automatic sleeve lid, automatic pressing.
This machine has a high automation degree, good steadiness, convenient adjustment, changing bottle sizes or lid, needn't any parts, only need some adjustments.
Due to the lid-cover flat belt design have a drop of slop, the caps after press will become more and more tightly.
