Maintenance points of air filter:
1. Regularly check whether the pipeline of the air intake system is cracked, whether the pipe clamp is loose and whether there is air leakage every week.
2. Maintain the main filter element of the air filter according to the operating environment of the equipment and the air inlet resistance indicator. If the main filter element is cleaned for 5 times, replace it with a new one. The safety filter element cannot be disassembled or cleaned. When it comes to the maintenance cycle, replace it with the main filter element.
3. When cleaning the main filter element, if the outer surface of the main filter element is found to be very clean or relatively clean compared with the previous one, and there is dust in the main filter element and the outer surface of the safety filter element, great attention shall be paid. It is necessary to check whether there is dust in the air inlet and whether the filter element is damaged or not installed in place.
4. When cleaning the main filter element with compressed air, purge from inside to outside and from top to bottom. The air pressure should not be too high. The joint of the air pipe should be as far away from the inner wall of the main filter element as possible. After cleaning, clean the inner shell of the filter before installing the main filter element to prevent dust from entering the main filter element.
5. Attention! The filtering accuracy of the main filter element is much higher than the internal safety filter element. Therefore, it is very important to correctly install the main filter element and maintain its filtering accuracy. During installation, keep the main filter element free from skew and in good contact with the sealing surface of the filter housing.
