Normally, 1ton BOPP film+1.7ton glue+Paper core and we can get about 2ton BOPP tape after drying.

We suggest the 22micron BOPP film and 28micron glue.
3. What is the requirement of the glue?
Sloid content 54%±1, pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive
4. What is the production cost of the packaging tape in China?

5. What is the consumption of the BOPP tape machine, such as electricity, water and others?
The 500mm tape machine consume about 10kg water each day, but the power consumption is not fixed.

Water based adhesive tape is better, owing to the cost and easy operation.

Normally, it is 0-30m/minute, very cost effective. Faster is no problem, such as 40m or 50m/minute, but the cost will be higher and it will need more operators.
