RC-404 Curing-delay Additive
Additive RC-404 is a curing delay Additive for unsaturated polyester resin for putty; it is a regulator used when the gel time of polyester putty is too fast or the storage stability of putty needs to be improved.Usage:1. Increasing the amount of RC-404 can prolong the gel time of polyester putty.
2. Improve the storage stability of polyester putty.Note:
Increasing the amount of RS-404 addutuve can prolong the gel time of the unsaturated polyester putty resin, which is conducive to the complete curing of the putty resin. Before using this product, you must first check to determine the amount of RC-404 added.Product index (25 ºC):

1.Before using the gel retarder RC-404, must determine the amount of it, and it can be used after adding it to the resin and mixing it well.
2.The transportation shall comply with the transportation and handling regulations of hazardous chemicals in Chapter 5 of the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals" of the State Council. The product should be stored in a cool place below 25ºC, avoid fire, and keep away from heat and radiation sources. The shelf life of storage below 25ºC is 3 months after leaving the factory.

1. How can I get a sample?
Small quality of sample in stock will be free, but the freight will be charged.
2. Are you able to adjust the formula to meet our requirement?
We have our own technical department, after you test the sample, please tell us your detailed requests, we are able to adjust the resin according to your requests, and bring better properties to your finished products.
3. What is the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the quantity. We will try our best to make the production plan according to your ETA.
4. What is your terms of payment?
100% full payment for the 1st trial order; from next order, 30% payment in advance, 70% payment after buyer get the B/L copy. We also accept L/C if you need.
