SIDA Complete Auto 20TPD Rice Mill Plant is  is upgraded from raw grains, cleaning, removing impurities, removing
stone, hulling, grain separation, sand roller rice milling, polishing, color sorting, rice grading and packing.It has the
characteristics of high rice yield, low rice temperature, direct packaging, no pollution, convenient operation and maintenance,
and our factory can also provide installation services and technical training.

It is a new type whole set combined rice mill for processing rice in farmlands, towns, grain shop and specialized households,
and it can improve milling precision of rice according to the demands of users by adding some follow-up equipment, like
polisher, color sorter and rice packing machine.
Product process of 20 ton per day complete automatic rice mill machine
1. Cleaning: removing all impurities and unfilled grains from the paddy
2. De-stoning: separating small stones from the paddy
3. Husking: removing the husk from the paddy
4. Paddy separation: separating the unhusked paddy from the brown rice
5. Whitening: removing all or part of the bran layer and germ from the brown rice
6.Polishing: improving the appearance of milled rice by removing remaining bran particles and by polishing the exterior
of the milled kernel
7. Color sorting: reomove the black color or other different color rice from the white rice
8.Shifting: separating small impurities or chips from the milled rice
9.Weighing and bagging: pack the rice of 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg etc, preparing milled rice for transport to the customer
