Below pipe extrusion machine is used to produce 5 layer PERT pipes with EVOH oxygen barrier layer. 1) High effiency extruder, with driven by AC motor, and controlled by ABB inverter. EVOH extruder screw is special designed as per EVOH ram material features. 5 number of extruders are equipped for production stability. And each layer thickness can be controlled separately.
2)Special designed 5 layer co-extrusion die head, to extrude each layer evenly and compond firmly; die head is made of high quality mould steel 40Cr, processed by imported CNC machinery. The tipe and die mould surface are chrome-painted, to reduce friction force, increase its hardness and longer its service life, also easy to clean. 3)Vacuum tank & Cooling tankmade by high quality SS304; automatic vacuum control system is equipped as an option, to ensure stable running of the line at high speed. Vacuum degree will be automatically adjusted by data setting on PLC system. 4) Haul-off machine is driven by servo motor, with fast reation speed. Haul-off speed and extruder speed is syn controlled by PLC system.
PROTON diameter measuring device is also equipped, to ensure the produced pipe size quality. 5)Fully auto Winding Machine, which cut the pipe, change new coil, make PP strapping and unlaoding automatically.servo type traversing device, driven by SIEMENS servo motor; better for high coiling speed And pipe accumulator is equipped to storage the pipe while changing new coil, preventing pipe gathering on the floor.
