How to judge the quality of steel cabinet?
Recently, a lot of friends asked me why some steel cabinets are so cheap andsome are so expensive. What's more wonderful is that the quality of steel     cabinets with similar price is not at the same level at all.
In fact, no matter in which industry there are such problems, different raw    materials, survival technology, and even service determine the final price and quality. Today we will talk about the knowledge of judging the quality of steel cabinets! 


1, Steel plate thickness
The thickness of the base material is one of the important determinants of the stability and durability of the steel cabinet.
First of all, the thickness of the substrate must be the thickness of the bare   plate, that is, the thickness of the steel cabinet before the surface spraying treatment.

People in the industry know that 0.6-0.7mm is a threshold.However, 0.3-0.8mm bare plate thickness is sold in the market.Because it is not easy to measure directly, and there is a negative difference between steelplates,     many factories use thin plates as thick plates for delivery.


2, Production process
To judge whether the production process of a steel cabinet is of high quality,  the first thing we directly observe is that its surface is sprayed. There are    many products with high price, and the spraying cost accounts for a large part.
Spraying depends not only on the pretreatment process, but also on the cost of plastic powder materials. Many small factories do not have pretreatment   process, or only do simple pretreatment process, the cost can beneglected.
But the normal powder spraying factory must go through 9 or 10 pretreatment processes to ensure the quality of products. Among them, the labor cost of hanging parts and taking parts, degreasing, degreasing, washing and other processes also need a lot of material cost, so some steel cabinets are  expensive, which is to a certain extent.
In plastic powder, many irregular factories use recycled powder repeatedly,theunit price is 5-8 yuan, while the price of new powder used by large factories is17-23 yuan.Taking a high cabinet as an example, it is expected to use 3-4kg plastic powder, and the cost of the whole cabinet  may vary by tens oreven   hundreds of yuan.
Different processes, different materials, the final products must different.To choose a good thing is to choose a  good manufacturing process.

3,Hardware accessories
