A: Normally its android or windows OS based. If customer need to connect their own player box, we can leave hdmi input for customer.

2.Q:Can it be touchscreen?
A:Yes, it can be infrared touch screen or pcap(capacitive) touch screen

3.Q:Do you offer any software?
A: Yes, we have CMS software (content management software) for you to publish and manage your advertisement if you need.

4.Q: What are the available sizes?
A: It's from 32inch to 98inch. The most popular sizes to display advertisement are 43inch and 55inch.

5.Q: What shall I do if the display got problem?
A: First we will ask our technic support engineer to do trouble shooting, then we will know its about software or hardware. If it's caused by software, our engineer will assist you to solve the problem online. If it's caused by hardware, we will send a free spare part to you.
