Product Description
The filling department of this machine realizes fast filling and slow filling through a double cylinder. At the beginning of filling, after the double-section cylinder is converted to stroke 1, it is quickly converted to stroke 2 for fast filling. After filling to the set amount of fast filling, the submerged cylinder rises to the barrel opening position, and the double-section cylinder is converted to Stroke 1 continues slow filling until the set overall filling volume. The filling machine and the feed pump are controlled by multi-stage frequency conversion, and the control system of the feed pump is installed in the seller's control cabinet.
This machine is suitable for the metering and filling of 1-5 liters of fluid, and it can automatically complete a series of operations such as counting into the bottle, counting the weight and filling, and conveying the bottle.
