THOR solar led street light head was developed to the fulfil application of true solar led street light for highway lighting and main road lighting which requires ultra-high brightness and continuous long period output.The lifepo4 battery pack and high-efficiency MPPT solar charge controller are built inside of the light fixture. The Lifetime of lifePO4 battery pack is more than 2000 cycles with D.O.D 100%, while D.O.D of the default setting of THOR light is only 60% which means the lifetime is more than 3000 cycles about 8~10 years. As auroras's default setting, THOR light can working high full power for first 6 hours and with 50% power for another 6 hours as full night operation in order to save more solar power in battery and also it helps to extend the lifetime of the battery.The max input current is 15A~20A, it guarantees the whole system could work with very stable performance even in very challenging condition. the lighting power and program could be adjusted easily with remote control.

THOR is a popular model for commercial lighting becauset of its lighting performance and quality.All in two solar led street light is an innovation structure of solar led street light developed since 2016. It adopts the concept of all in one solar led street light in order to reduce the complication of installation but also maintain the stability and flexibility of regular solar led street light whose components are individual.
About LED Source
It adopts ultra high brightness of Luxeon SMD5050 as light source. Each led chip can be drived to 5W max. With 32pcs of 5050 leds drived by low current, it achieve to more than 135lm per watt. Meanwell it output less heat which will extend the lifetime of LED chip greatly.
About Battery Pack
Supber long lifetime LifePO4 battery are adopted for all model of solar street light. Produced with high requirements of management and production by ISO9001 certified factory, lifePO4 battery is able to provide continues and stable power to system for many years without maintainence.
About Controller
As the CPU of solar led light, high efficiency MPPT solar charge controller are adopted for all lights, it allows 12V/24V 10A , 15A ,20A depending on the power of light. With high quality and high efficiency solar charge controller, it can guarantee sufficient power can be generated with limited solar radiation condition. Lighting program can be modified with remote control easily as customers' demand.
About Connection
Solar light head is to be connected to solar panel directly with MC4 connectors. it make the installation simple and durable. Seperated solar panel can be freely adjusted as needed. Customer can select a suitable power of solar panel depending on their local solar radiation at will.

Driver/Electrical DoorRemovable die cast aluminum door made of a low copper alloy (A360) for a high resistance to corrosion. Provides access to electronic components/LED drivers. Designed for robust IP66 rated seal using one-piece silicone rubber gasket surrounding the entire perimeter of the electronics compartment. Door secured with 8 captive screws outside of gasket perimeter.Driver/electrical compartment is IP67 sealed/ rated in all aiming positions including upward aiming floodlighting applications and including when PCB option is installed.

Light EngineComposed of 4 main components: Heat Sink / LED Module / Optical System / Driver. Electrical components are RoHS compliant. IP66 sealed light engines. LEDs tested by ISO 17025-2005 accredited lab in accordance with IESNA LM-80 guidelines extrapolations in accordance with IESNA TM-21. Metal core board ensures greater heat transfer and longer lifespan.

Optical SystemChoice of differents distributions including Spot (SP), Asymmetric 33° Flood (A33), Rectangular Medium Flood (RM) distributions and a specialty distribution designed for Airport bracket applications featuring a wide 80-130° horizontal and narrow 15-20° vertical beam. Composed of high performance UV stabilized optical grade polymer refractor lenses to achieve desired distribution optimized to get maximum spacing, target lumens and a superior lighting uniformity. System is rated IP66. Performance shall be tested per LM-79, LM-80 and TM-21 (IESNA) certifying its photometric performance. Designed and tested to rating IK10 in accordance with European standard EN 62262 (equivalent of international standard IEC 62262 2002).

DriverWith Meanwell or LCD brand TUV driver,high power factor of 90% min. Electronic driver, operating range 50/60 Hz. Auto adjusting universal voltage input from 85 to 277 VAC or 347 to 480 VAC rated for both application line to line or line to neutral, ClassI, THD of 20% max. 0-10V dimming driver included, dimming leads pre-wired to controls except when DD option is selected. The current supplying the LEDs will be reduced by the driver if the driver experiences internal overheating as a protection to the LEDs and the electrical components. Output is protected from short circuits, voltage overload and current overload. Automatic recovery after correction. Standard built in driver surge protection of 2.5kV (min).
