1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer and we have our own factory in Guangdong with an area of 12,500 square metres. Our company was established in 1990 and our factory has more than 30 years of experience in shoe manufacturing.

3. What is your order quantity?
Normally, our starting order quantity is 600-1200 pairs. However, we also welcome small quantities. You can contact our sales for more details on quantities.
4. Can I ask for a sample before I place a bulk order?
Yes, of course you can.
1.) For samples that are in stock, the cost will be the wholesale price, but it will be refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.
2.) For bespoke samples, the cost of the sample will be quoted separately.
3.) International shipping costs depend on the address of the consignee, please contact us for more information.
5. What is your delivery time?
The delivery time for samples will be within 7 days. Delivery for mass production will be around 20 days after we have received your deposit. However, if you have some different delivery arrangements, please consult with our sales staff.
6. Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
Of course, we accept OEM/ODM orders.
1.) We can produce slippers according to your design and label them with your brand.
2.) In addition, we can also help to provide design solutions for your reference.
7.What is your after-sales service like?
