Fried crisp noodles production line is one of them. It adopts straight in type and no dividing, which improves the accuracy of into- box. The production volume per minute can reach 500-770 pieces, and the drying temperature can reach 150 ºC, which has the characteristics of energy saving and high automation. The crisp noodles produced are golden color and crisp in taste, it is a convenient food preferred by children. It can be made into stewed meat taste, spicy, tomato taste and Brazilian barbecue taste.Instant Noodle Production Line with perfect technology, compact structure, original  design and stable performance, is developed on the basis of advanced products and requirements in the world market. It realizes high automation, convenient operation, low energy and small floor space, which assures all working procedures from feeding flour to finished products can be accomplished once.  especially suitable to small-size or self-owned enterprises. 

 
Roller

      The single rollers shown in picture is currently the largest capacity crisp noodle production line. With a roller width of 1000 mm, The continuous rollers with independent power control, its bearings can be removed quickly,  to achieve the reliable transmission and simplified structure in maintain.



Introduction to main equipment 
Noodle cutting and dividing machine


Function:The steamed noodles are cut to a fixed length after being sprayed bywaterfall and with three times stretching, and then fall into the noodle box through the sliding floating bucket. The noodles can be stretched for three times to basically straighten the noodles, which provides good conditions for the automatic shaping machine in the subsequent process. The polymer splitter completely separates the noodles, and the new floating bucket can ensure that each noodle accurately falls into the center of the noodle box.
 
 
Fryer


function:The fryer is the most critical equipment for producing instant noodles. 2-3% lower than similar products, which reduces production costs and improves efficiency; multi-zone oil inlet and tube-in-tube injection ensures that the temperature of the oil pan is uniform, and the color of the noodles after the fried is consistent.The noodle cakes are arranged neatly by the arranging machine and then pushed into the air cooler




 
Cooling machine


Function:The noodles enter the air-cooler, and they are blown quickly to cool down. Beautiful and smooth appearance, almost perfect internal design, overall, stylish and completely new. Two blowers on one side send air in, and an exhaust fan on the top exhausts the hot air outside. The arranging bar carries the noodles, which runs smoothly, neatly, and sanitarily.

After sales service commitment
1.Three guarantees should be implemented within one year from the date of completion and commissioning of the equipment. 
During the warranty period, the company is responsible for repair and replacement of spare parts free of charge in case of failure due to internal quality problems of the equipment (excluding human factors).
2. After the equipment is delivered for use, the supplier should be provided with free technical guidance and training by electrical personnel and mechanical operators in the demander, including can learn after teaching and accommodation.
