The working principle of rotary kiln: The cylinder of the rotary kiln is made of rolled steel plate. The cylinder is inlaid with refractory materials and has a specified inclination with the horizontal line. It is supported by three wheel belts on each retaining wheel support device, near the wheel belt at the feeding end. A certain large gear ring is fixed on the inner cylinder with a tangential spring plate, and a small gear meshes with it under it. During normal operation, the main drive motor transmits power to the open gear device via the main deceleration to drive the rotary kiln. The material enters the kiln for calcination from the kiln end (the high end of the barrel). Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the material rolls in the circumferential direction and moves in the axial direction (from the high end to the low end) to continue the process. Finally, the raw material enters the cooler through the kiln head cover for cooling. The fuel is sprayed into the kiln from the kiln head, and the exhaust gas produced by the combustion is exchanged with the materials, and then is discharged from the kiln tail.
The rotary kiln is mainly composed of stainless steel cylinder, supporting device, gear transmission device, sealing device, cover and underframe. 1: Cylinder The cylinder is made of stainless steel plate and welded. 2: Supporting device It supports all the weight of the rotary cylinder, and makes the cylinder run safely and smoothly on it. It is mainly composed of belt, supporting wheel, block wheel and base. The block wheel is used to control the axial movement of kiln body.
3: Transmission device Due to the large transmission speed ratio and torque of rotary kiln, electromagnetic speed regulating motor is generally used. The transmission device includes motor, reducer, pinion, big gear ring and other parts. Driven and transmitted by chain wheel and chain.
4: Sealing device The rotary kiln works under the condition of negative pressure, and the sealing device is used to ensure that the cold air does not enter the cylinder and the kiln body works normally. The sealing device is at both ends of the kiln head and kiln tail, and is generally composed of stainless steel sealing plate.
