Function of Norfloxacin The product is a fluoroquinolone antibacterials, with broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, especially for aerobic gram-negative bacilli high antibacterial activity, on the following in vitro bacterial with good antibacterial effect:Enterobacteriaceae most bacteria, including citric acid bacterium, Enterobacter cloacae, Enterobacter aerogenes,enterobacter, Escherichia coli rare bacterium, Cray Borrelia bacteria of the genus, proteus, Salmonella, Shigella,yersinia genus Vibrio, etc.. Application of Norfloxacin Noxifloxacin is a nearly white crystalline powder chemical with a molecular formula of C21H24FN3O4, a molecular weight of 401.4314, a melting point of 193-195°C, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, and almost insoluble in aceton. Moxifloxacin belongs to the class of quinolones and is mainly used clinically for the treatment of adults (≥18 years old) suffering from upper respiratory tract and lower respiratory tract infections such as acute sinusitis, acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, community-acquired pneumonia, and skin and Soft tissue infections.
