Partially hydrolyzed Guar gum (PHGG) is a natural water-soluble dietary fiber with over 75% fiber content. Obtained by enzymatic
hydrolysis of guar gum, it has the characteristics of low viscosity and high solubility, and remains stable in a wide range of
temperature and pH. It does not interact with other ingredients in food, and is a unique functional component of dietary fiber
fortified food. Studies have found that PHGG can regulate intestinal flora, prevent and treat enteral nutrition-related diarrhea,
relieve irritable bowel syndrome, shorten the duration of diarrhea, improve constipation symptoms, and regulate blood glucose and
lipid.
