2,Work flow and technical conditions of the small plasma cleaner
The system starts the RF source operation under the condition of setting the vacuum degree,
generates 40KHz RF pulse, and sends it to the output stage through power amplification. The output
stage has three functions: one is isolation, the other is boost, and the third is matching. A radio
frequency pulse with sufficient energy is used to excite the high voltage plate to generate plasma
Power level control and adjustment can be set digitally in the system or manually.
The adjustment of the power is essentially realized by changing the width of the RF pulse. The schematic diagram of the two RF pulse coordinates in the above figure illustrates the principle of power regulation.
The RF pulse output under the ideal conditions mentioned here is expressed regardless of the loss of the device and the magnetic material. The actual RF pulse waveform is distorted, but when the distortion is too large, the output will be made.
