Performance and characteristics of different fields:
Water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive: surfactants have wetting and defoaming properties, which help to improve leveling. They can also improve the coating property of low surface energy substrates such as silane release paper or plastic film and low foam. There is no need to add a strong defoaming agent containing silicon, so as to reduce surface defects such as shrinkage holes.
Fountain solution: surfactant used in fountain solution, will not cause foam; Can quickly wet PS plate material is especially suitable for high-speed printing machine; Printing dot edge clear and will not cause ink emulsification process; It will not cause swelling of printing plate and rubber roller. The addition of RK-8302 surfactant can reduce or eliminate alcohol in the posterior stage.
(1) electroplating solution: the performance of acetylene group in the surfactant can be stable in the strong acid environment, so it can be used as a gloss agent and wetting agent in electroplating and acid washing liquid, low bubble and unstable bubble, high turbidity point, can improve the smooth surface of the plating and brightness, prevent the plating of indentation and pinhole. It can be used in copper, nickel, zinc, silver and gold plating.
(2) inkjet ink: in hot foam or piezoelectric inkjet ink, has excellent performance. Low foam, can significantly improve printing fluency and print line definition.
(3) emulsion impregnation: in the production of emulsion impregnation, surfactant used in the formulation of defoaming, reduce surface tension, increase wettability, can improve uniform coating without fisheye or small needle eye, can greatly reduce the rejection rate of latex gloves and other latex products.
Usage note:Mix thoroughly before use and add to the recipe. Solubility in water is greater than 1%.
