Our Advantages
GCr15 bearing steel is a high carbon chromium bearing steel with less alloy content, good performance and the most widely used. After quenching and tempering, it has high and uniform hardness, good wear resistance and high contact fatigue performance. The steel has the characteristics of medium plasticity, low cutting performance, poor welding performance, large sensitivity to white spot and temper brittleness. GCr15 bearing steel, containing c0.95-1.05, Mn0.25-0.45, Si0.15-0.35.
Good comprehensive performance. After the spheroidization annealing has good cutting performance. After quenching and tempering, the hardness is high and uniform, the wear resistance and contact fatigue strength are high. The heat processing property is good. It contains less alloy elements, and the price is cheaper.

Production Process:
Packaging & Shipping
Package 1. Carton boxes in wooden case: 20kgs per carton box, 50 carton boxes in wooden case. The size for carton box is 30cm*20cm*15cm. The size for wooden case is 90cm*80cm*70cm.
Pacakge 2. Steel drum in wooden pallet: 250kgs per steel drum, 4 steel drums on wooden pallet. The size is 75cm*75cm*60cm.
Package 3. Customized package according to client request.
Shipping
Shipping time: It will takes about 20-25days if by sea, It will takes about 5-7days if by air,By DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT,It will takes about 4-6 working days except festival and holiday.
1.If the quantity of order is not very big, we will send them to you by express delivery, such as TNT,DHL,UPS or EMS etc.
2.If order is big, we will advise you use Air Freight or Sea Freight. It through your pointed forwarders freight. FOB port is Ningbo or Shanghai.
3.If you don't have your specified forwarders freight, we can find the cheapest forwarders freight to ship the goods to your point port.
4.The balance payment should be paid before delivery to you.

A: Yes, we welcome your sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: Sample need usually within 3 days, mass production time needs 5 days to 20days for order quantity more than 10 tons.
Q3, Do you have any MOQ limit for stainless steel balls?
A: Low MOQ generally is 1kg, or 100pcs.
Q4, How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to destination?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT. It usually takes 3-5days to destination. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
