Horizontal fermentation tanks are constructed by:
1, Feeding system; 2, Tank fermentation system; 3, Power mixing system; 4, Discharging system; 5, Heating and heat preservation system; 6, Maintenance part; 7, Fully automatic electrical control system.
The sludge aerobic fermentation Pot-type is a biological fermentation system that feeds materials from the top and discharges the decomposed materials from the bottom. The sludge is added from the top of the tank to maintain the internal stirring blades for stirring. The stirring blade has a high-pressure fan, for forced ventilation and oxygen supply, to meet the needs of aerobic fermentation of materials in the tank. The ventilation system allows air to pass through the materials from the bottom of the fermentation tank, after being collected in the upper part of the fermentation tank, the exhaust gas is treated by the deodorizing system and discharged to the standard. The role of thermophilic aerobic bacteria makes the temperature during fermentation reach 60-70 degrees, fully kills various pathogenic bacteria, evaporates the water in the sludge, and converts organic waste such as sludge into organic nutrients. A single device processes 5-10 tons of fresh sludge with a moisture content of 60-80%. The fermentation cycle is about 7 days. The moisture content of the organic materials after fermentation is about 30%.
