Electrical laminated wood is widely used as insulation and supporting material in transformers and instrumental transformers. It has many merits such as high mechnical strength,high compatibility with oil-immersed transformers. And it can be used in 105ºC transformers oil for a long time.
People usually use this material to make pressure plates,spacer blocks in oil-immersed transformers, as clamps in strumental transformers. It can replace steel plate,insulating paper sheets,epoxy paper sheets,epoxy paperboard woven glass fabric lamination in these fields. Thus, the weight of transformer and the cost of materials are reduced.
The raw materials of electrical laminated wood is the thin veneer of the birch, stained wood. The product is coated with special insualting glue and processed at high temperature and high pressure conditions.

A: It is depending on the volume. The larger the volume, the more discount you can enjoy.

1) Customers take photos of unqualified goods and then our sales staff will send them to Engineering Department to verify.
2) If the issue is confirmed, our sales staff will explain the root cause and take corrective actions in coming orders.
3) Finally, we will negotiate with our customers to make some compensation.
