Equipment structure
1. Feeding system
The feeding system consists of a peristaltic pump and a feeding pipeline. The amount of material and liquid entering the
the high-speed centrifugal atomizer can be adjusted according to the outlet temperature.
2. Atomization system
The atomization system uses a centrifugal atomizer, which uses the high-speed rotational force of the rotary atomizer to throw
out the droplets and flow downward in a spiral. The droplet size can be adjusted by changing the linear velocity of the atomizer.
3. Heating system
The heating system consists of an air filter, a blower, an electric heater, and an inlet air temperature sensor.
4. Drying chamber
The drying chamber is mainly composed of a drying chamber, lighting lamps, sight glass, air inlet pipes, air outlet pipes, etc.
The atomization radius, residence time, and processing air volume are designed according to the evaporation of water and
the properties of the material.
The drying tower is operated with slight negative pressure. The upper part of the drying chamber is a hot air inlet, equipped
with a volute and a hot air distributor. The hot air is evenly distributed through the hot air distributor and exchanges heat evenly
and effectively with the droplets to dry the droplets into a dry powder product. The temperature sensor is used to record the
inlet air temperature and the outlet air temperature.
5. Material recovery system
The material recovery system consists of a cyclone separator. After drying, the dust-carrying gas enters the cyclone separator,
the gas-solid separation is carried out by the cyclone, the air is discharged, and the dried materials are collected and separated.
6. Piping system
the piping system consists of induced fans and stainless-steel ducts.
7. Control system
The programmable HIM control each important function device and fault alarm, optional automatic touch screen.
