This machine uses the working principle of weighing to realize the control of filling volume. The material flows into (or is fed by the pump) into the container to be loaded by itself.

The filling part of the machine realizes fast filling and slow filling through thick and thin double pipelines, and the filling flow is adjustable. At the beginning of filling, the two pipelines are opened at the same time. After filling to the set volume of fast filling, the thick pipeline is closed, and the thin pipeline continues to fill slowly until the set overall filling volume. All valves and joint seals are made of polytetrafluoroethylene, and the operating temperature is -190 to 250 ° C, which allows sudden cooling and sudden heating, or alternate operation of cold and hot. Pressure -0.1~6.4Mpa (full negative pressure to 64kgf/cm2).

The filling head is equipped with a liquid receiving tray. When filling, the filling speed is automatically adjusted according to different material pressures. The weighing system adopts high-precision weighing instruments and Toledo weighing sensors to ensure filling accuracy. In addition, the system has anti-corrosion and anti-overload protection devices. The sensor is IP68 protected and meets explosion-proof requirements, and the sensor is easy to install, disassemble and overhaul. The weighing system controls the accuracy through high-precision weighing instruments, and the accuracy of small flow can be fine-tuned.
