NJP 400 NJP 800 NJP 1200 Automatic Hard Capsule Filling Machine is used for hard capsule powder/granule filling
in size 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 capsule,( or called 000 capsule filling machine, 00 capsule filling machine, 0 capsule filling
machine). 0, 00 means the size of capsule. is widely used in Pharmaceutical, medicine, and chemicals (powder, Pellet,
granule, pill), also can be used to fill vitamin, foodstuff and animal drug, etc.

On the basis of current capsule filling machine in China and foreign advanced technology, NJP-400/800/1200 etc. model
automatic capsule filling machine is innovated and developed by our own company, the whole machine is beautiful and
tidy, it's convenient to operate, the properties are excellent, the machine passed the CE qualification, and it's widely used
both in China and abroad.
 
1.This SINOPED NJP400 fully automatic cpaule fillg machine  has Small in size, light in weight, energy savings, easy to operate and clean. The mew replaceable capsule filling station connection more easy .It only takes 15 minutes for replacing.

2.The NJP series full auto capsule filling system, which realize Opening and locking of capsule can be controlled automatically which is safe and convenient.
3.Fast and safe:This capsule  machinery  Equipped with gate control security system and mechanical failure security system, which provides functions of automatic alarm and shutdown.Automatic alarm and shutdown will be activated when lacks empty capsule or powder.
4.Rich functions designed on the HMI, including counting and displaying functions during the production, and it is able to link with printer, if needed, for printing information including date of production, lot number, quantity, etc.
 
5. The capsule filler machines plane cams are running in the mode of double rails, where the two axes run out separately. It can improve the operation accuracy and meanwhile eliminate the possibility of collision between the lower die and the dosage disc.
 
6.The  capsule filling mahcine high precision cam splitter uses optical dividing head of German Zeiss. The dividing spindle is machined in the CNC all at once, which has ensured accuracy dividing of the turntable and dosage disc while the machine runs fast, thus ensuring the precision of filling. Higher precision of cam splitter also provides the machine longer service life.
7.The Capsule filler high precision cam splitter uses optical dividing head of German Zeiss.
