  • Designed for exterior or interior use.
  • Offering excellent light and weatherability from a single coat finish on a variety of substrates.
  • This series are available in a wide range of colors with different gloss and texture.
  • Main properties:excellent UV resistance for exterior application;Good heat resistance

POWDERS

  • Chemistry: Polyester-TGIC
  • Particle size: Suitable for electrostatic spray
  • Storage: Dry ventilation conditions below 30ºC
  • Curing schedule: 200ºC/10minutes;190ºC/15minutes
  • Specific gravity: 1.2-1,8g/cm3 up to colors

Application

coatingof other metal work that require good performance in the environment
of high-intensity ultraviolet ray.
 
Application Recommendation
Spray Voltage
60KV---80KV (70KV is suggested for auto coating line)
Spray Pressure
0.05~0.5Mpa (1.5~0.2Kg/m2 is suggested for auto coating line)
Spray Distance
10-15cm
Curing Temperature/Time
Standard curing temperature 200ºC in 10-15mins, for large object, curing time up to 15mins
 
Storage Stability
Store in ventilated, dry, clean room, temperature < 25ºC
Away from direct sunlight, fire, heat
For best performance, use within 1 year
