Product Description:
Polyester (PET) film backing with a silicone adhesive. Designed to perform in difficult masking operations such as masking of surfaces during application of durable 'powder coatings' . PET backing provides flexibility/conformability, solvent resistance, and chemical resistance. Removes without leaving residue on surfaces. Precision cut for tear resistance and clean, crisp paint lines.
Applications:
• Main purpose high temperature masking tape for powder coating
• splicing silicone release coated paper or film
• Suitable for use as a flash breaker tape in the aerospace industry
• Also used as a high temperature photo splicing tape for attaching film to leader card on all automatic photo developing and printing machines

Shelf Life
Heat Resistant with silicone polyester adhesive film tape shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture when stored at room temperature conditions (72°F [22°C] and 50% RH) in the product's original packaging.
