Product Care

• Do not use the incorrect size battery in any device.
• Do not mix battery brands or types in the same device.
• Do not mix charged and uncharged batteries in the same device. 
• Do not mix batteries of different charge levels in the same device.
• Do not charge the batteries under your pillow, on your bed or on a flammable surface.
• Do not immerse the batteries in water or allow them to get wet.
• Do not break, open, puncture or disassemble the battery casing.
• Store batteries at room temperature.
• Store batteries in the carry case provided, in a cool, dry place, and away from anything that can catch fire. 
• Put batteries in the device in the correct orientation. Do not put them in reverse orientation from what is indicated on the device.
• We recommend charging every 6 to 9 months for batteries that are stored or otherwise unused for a long period of time.
• We recommend use the charging cord that came with the device and connect to a 2A output Power Supply Unit (PSU) for optimum charging.
• Keep batteries away from children and pets. 
• Our batteries are not toys and should not be played with especially by children or pets.
• If the battery is work out, fully discharge it before recycling. 
• Stop using the battery immediately if it emits a strange smell, gets hot, changes color / shape or appears abnormal.  Contact us for support at [email protected].
• In the event of any leakage from the cell, avoid contact with the eyes. If any leakage is in contact with the eyes wash immediately with water and seek medical attention.
