Product Description
B3 type integrated open-air deep-the-hole drilling rig is a drilling equipment that integrates open-air deep-the-hole drilling rig and screw air compression system, with the features of compact structure, good integrity and easy movement. The drilling rig has the characteristics of energy saving and high efficiency, safety and environmental protection, flexible maneuverability, convenient operation and stable performance. It is mainly suitable for rock drilling and blasting holes in open-pit projects such as mining and quarrying, road construction, water conservancy and electric power.

Propulsion system
The propulsion mechanism adopting motor and chain combined with replaceable wear-resistant slider effectively prolongs the service life of the propulsion beam.
Equipped with a rotary follower, which can greatly reduce the wear of the rubber hose during movement.

Power system
Equipped with Cummins diesel engine, meeting the National III emission standards, with sufficient power reserve and strong adaptability to alpine regions. Equipped with high wind pressure and large displacement screw head, making the high perforation efficiency and low energy consumption. Equipped with imported brand gear pumps, providing continuous and stable hydraulic pressure power.

Automatic rod change
Equipped with an automatic rod change system to achieve single-person operation of the machine and reduce labor costs, improving operating efficiency and production capacity.

Rotary system
The high-torque power slewing head provides stable and long-lasting slewing power, adapting to various rock conditions.

Walking system
The two-speed disengageable hydraulic traveling mechanism is adopted to prepare for disengaging the brake and moving the whole machine in case of emergency.
Equipped with an automatic leveling device, it has excellent passability while improving stability.

Dust collection system
The standard configuration is a two-stage dry dust collector with strong suction, which has a remarkable dust removal effect, and can finish a filter area of 14 m2 with a high-power vacuum cleaner.

Direct control hydraulic system design is simple and practical with the low failure rate.
The instrument display is highly integrated and can monitor various parameters in real time.
