Corrugated sheet classification: profiled steel sheets are usually classified according to different application parts, plate shape wave height, overlap structure, and material, etc., and there are many classification methods. Common classification methods are as follows: (1) According to the application position-divided into roof panels, wall panels, floor decks and ceiling panels. In use, color steel plates are used as wall decoration panels at the same time, and the architectural decoration effect is relatively novel and unique. (2) Classified by wave height-divided into high wave plates (wave height ≥70mm), medium wave plates (wave height <70mm) and low wave plates (wave height <30mm) (3) Classified by substrate material-divided into hot-dip galvanized substrates, thermal Galvalume and hot-dip galvanized aluminum substrate, etc. (4) Classified according to the structure of the plate seam-divided into lap, undercut and crimped structures. Among them, undercut and crimped medium and high-wave boards should be used as roof panels with higher waterproof requirements; overlapped medium and high-wave galvanized sheets should be used as floor panels; overlapped low-wave boards should be used as wall panels.
