Theaoson graffiti spray paint is composed of aerosol tank, aerosol valve, paint liquid and spray agent. This product is one component acrylic paint, made of acrylic resin, imported sunproof pigment, additives and solvent. With special valve and special nozzle, it is more convenient to paint various colors and different lines easily.

Application

It is suitable for all kinds of metal, ceramic, stone, wood, glass and other materials graffiti painting. If it needs to be used for plastic material, it can be used in a small area first, and then be used in a large area after no adverse reaction.

Remark: the best material liquid temperature is +20 ºC, environment humidity less than 60%. If the temperature and humidity exceed the specified range, the temperature and humidity should be reworked within the suitable range.

Usage

Clean up dirt, oil and water stains on the surface of the sprayed object before using.
A small area trial spray is carried out before spraying, and construction is carried out after no adverse reactions;
From 15 to 30cm away from the surface of the object to be sprayed, use a forefinger to press the spray head back and forth;
Shake the product up and down for about 1 minute, so that the material liquid is fully mixed and uniform, spray at a distance of about 15~20cm from the sprayed surface at a uniform speed, completely cover about 2~3 times, according to the required covering effect can decide the number of spraying times, spraying for multiple times, each time interval of 1 minute;
If it is not sprayed once, put the paint can upside down before storing it, press down on the spray head for about 3 seconds, clear the spray head to prevent the nozzle from sticking.

How to deal with emergency

Soothe your skin by washing it with lots of soap and water, and go to a doctor asap if you still feel unwell.
If you get into your eyes, wash them with plenty of water. If you still feel unwell, go to medical treatment immediately.

Stop working immediately if you feel uncomfortable during operation and go to a well-ventilated place to relax.
If the spray is not finished, the remaining materials should be stored at normal temperature and protected from light, so as to avoid being near the fire source.

Remark: all the above data are obtained from our laboratory tests according to BB/T 0047-2018 "Aerosol Paint" standard, the test results depend on external conditions, use methods and tools. In order to achieve better use effect, it is recommended to strictly follow the method of use.

The solution of normal problem

Paint film whitening: it is recommended to avoid the following day after rain (especially high temperature and wet weather) and continuous rain.
Shut up: shake evenly and spray for 3 seconds or change nozzle.
Spray up: low temperatures suggest using 50 ºC warm water to heat up, one-time finish spray, spray avoid angle 45 degrees;
Flow: use the correct spraying distance (15-25cm) and spray movement speed (30-60cm/s) to avoid a thick spray.

Attention

Keep away from children, please work in the air. If swallowed, you should immediately cause vomiting and seek medical advice.
Spray must be kept in aerosol cans are vertical and horizontal angle of no less than 45 °.
Flammable, pressure vessel, do not use near fire source.
The weight changes over time, which is normal, and the attrition rate is less than 2% per year.
