The PVC Pipe Extrusion Machine Is Used To Produce Pipes With Different Diameters By Replacing Extrusion Dies. It Can Produce Every Size Of Pipe In The Area Of The Agricultural Water Supply System, Architectural Water Supply System, Pavement Of Cables, Etc

This Machine Group Consists Mainly Of Twin Conical(Paralle ) Screws Extruder, Vacuum Calibrating Tank, Haul-Off Unit, Cutting Unit, Tilter, Etc.

Single Screw Extruder And Haul-Off Unit Have Applied Imported A/C Inverter, Both Vacuum Pump And Driving Motor Have Applied Excellent Products The Drawing Machine Includes Two-Claw Type, Three-Claw Type, Four-Claw Type, Six-Claw Type, Eight-Claw Type, Etc. 

Saw Cutting Or Planet Cutting Can Be Applied, It Is Additionally Appled With Length Measuring Meter And Thickness Increasing Device,The Property Of Machine Group Is Reliable, The Production Efficiency Is High. With Special Device, It Can Produce Inner Wall Spiral Pipe, Inner Wall Hollow Pipe, And Core Layer Bulo Pipe, Etc, It Can Also Produce PP, PE, ABS,& PPR, PEX, Silicon Core Pipe And Pipe Material Of Other Material. 

The Planet-Shaped Cutting Machine Is Fully Automatic Computer Digital Control, It Has Such Advantages Of
Simple Operation, Reliable Property Etc. It Has Reached World Advanced Level.

Mainly Applying In Water-Supply Pipe, Drainage Pipe, Electrical Threading Pipe And Other Area. This Extrusion Line, Equipped With High-Efficient& Energy-Saving Twin Conical Screws Extruder, Produces PVC Pipes Four Outlet At Once By Specially Designed Die Mould Which Means High-Efficient Energy-Saving,Increasing Extrusion Speed, Economical Occupied Saving, And Low Human Cost.The Non-Scrap Cutting Unit Controlled By Inverter Independentl Arrangeable Cutting Speed, Compacted By Half To Ensure Long Service Life And Flat And Smooth Cutting Surface Without Dust Trouble. Special Designed Automatic Controlled System With Good Features Of Easy Operation, The Whole Line Linkage, Failure Alarms, High-Efficient Control, And Stable Extrusion.

A. T/T or L/C at sight.

Q. What is the delivery time for the machines?
A. Usually it will be 50-60 days according to the situation of the order.

Q. What is the warranty time of the machines?
A. It will be 12 months since the acceptance of the machines or 15 months since delivery to the loading port.

Q. What about your after-sales service?
A. Engineers available to make installation, commissioning, training, and providing after-sales service overseas.

Q.How many electric, water, air need for the machines?
A.technical department supply the whole layout for workshop details.

Q. Can I operate machine if don't have experienced engineers?
A. (1) short-time engineers to customer company (5-15days)
    (2) Year-time working as requirements

Q. Any quality checking before shipment?
A. 100% confirm, run and test machines before shipment with quality certificate

Q. How can u help us when face some technical problem?
A. 24 hours by e-mail, message, calling. If problems happens need engineer we will arrange the closest or agent in local country, or send Chinese Engineers to solve in 2 weeks. 

Q. Where can we get spare part? 
A. we choose International Brand that customer can find it in everywhere, such as Siemens, Omron, Delixi etc, or send parts by DHL, Fedex, TNT and other express.
