P series mud pumps which are compact-sized with reliable performance can be used for offshore drilling equipment with higher quality requirements. There are 5 types of P series mud pumps for selection, whose input power ranges from 800HP (597kW) to 2200HP (1640 kW).
Features for Power End of P Series Mud Pump
The enclosure is an integral bearing block structure by cast-welding with stress relief after welding.
The gear shaft is of overall structure, a belt pulley and a chain wheel can be mounted on any end or both ends.
By adopting a roller bearing, stable operation and bearing capability are promoted.
Lubrication in parts of gears, bearings, crossheads etc. adopts splash lubrication.
The spray system is used for cooling and lubricating the piston and cylinder sleeve surface.
By adopting clamping type connection for the cylinder sleeve and the piston rod, it is easy to realize rapid assembly and disassembly as well as replacement.
With hard alloy metal cylinder sleeve, its service life is long.
By utilizing one-piece reversed Y-type gears, it realizes stable operation.
Features for Hydraulic End of P Series Mud Pump
The hydraulic cylinders are arranged in L type manner, which can enable liquid flow to be stable as well as reduce vibration and pressure fluctuation.
They combination type hydraulic cylinders can be exchanged mutually and replaced independently.
By adopting a rapid-rotation bonnet, it is easy to realize rapid assembly and disassembly as well as installation.
The wedge locking type bonnet is an optional piece, the locking foundation is solid and reliable, and it is simple and convenient to assemble and disassemble.
The suction pipe can be sucked from the front part or two sides.
The discharge pipe can be connected out from two sides.
The piston and cylinder sleeve chamber is of an opening type, which is convenient for observation.
By utilizing a combination type piston rod structure, the piston can be replaced without dismantling the cylinder sleeve.
