Features
Using large-screen TFT pure color LCD touch display, the display is clear. With a simple setup, the instrument can perform the test automatically. And automatically store and print test results.

With a real-time clock, the test date and time can be saved, displayed and printed with the test results.

It is convenient to set test parameters. The temperature setting range is 0
~120ºC, the AC voltage setting range is 200~2200V, and the DC voltage setting range is 0~500V.
The oil cup adopts a three-electrode structure in accordance with the national standard GB/T5654-2007, and the distance between the electrodes is 2mm, which can eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and leakage on the dielectric loss test results.

The instrument adopts intermediate frequency induction heating and PID temperature control algorithm. This heating method has the advantages of non-contact between the oil cup and the heating body, uniform heating, fast speed, and convenient control, so that the temperature is strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range.

The internal standard capacitor is SF6 gas-filled three-point-pole capacitor. The dielectric loss and capacitance of the capacitor are not affected by ambient temperature and humidity, so that the accuracy of the instrument can be guaranteed after long-term use.


The AC test power supply adopts the AC-DC-AC conversion method, which effectively avoids the influence of the mains voltage and frequency fluctuations on the accuracy of the dielectric loss test. Even if the generator generates electricity, the instrument can run correctly.

Perfect protection function. When there is overvoltage, overcurrent, or high voltage short circuit, the instrument can quickly cut off the high voltage and issue a warning message. When the temperature sensor fails or is not connected, a warning message is issued. There is a temperature limit relay in the intermediate frequency induction heating furnace. When the temperature exceeds 120 degrees, the relay is released and the heating stops.

Empty electrode cup calibration function. Measure the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of the empty electrode cup to judge the cleaning and assembly condition of the empty electrode cup. Calibration data is automatically saved to facilitate accurate calculations of relative permittivity and DC resistivity.

It is based on the RAM9 platform, with high test accuracy and fast speed.
