Description
The company's hydraulic pile hammer is widely used in construction engineering, earthwork, railway and highway construction, dam construction, reclamation and bridge engineering. It can realize pile driving in different strata, cooperate with different fixtures, drive and pull out steel sheet piles, pile casings, wood piles, cement piles, steel pipe piles, H-shaped steel, etc.
1.Pile hammer uses high-strength alloy clamping nozzle to optimize the structure of cylinder and swing arm.Under the same working environment, the clamping force of cylinder reaches more than 2 times of the conventional clamping force, which makes it difficult to skip clamping and pile removal.
 2.Fittings such as toothed plate, swing arm and clamp pin adopt high-strength and high-wear-resistant alloy material. Through advanced heat treatment process, the  mechanical properties of the material reach the best state,which effectively improves the safety, stability and wear resistance of the working process and prolongs the service life.
 3.The gearbox exhaust and heat dissipation circulation system makes the pile hammer lower temperature,more stable performance and prolong the service life of the bearing; Gearbox materials are imported and heat treated as a whole.
 4.The use of imported special hydraulic motor and solenoidvalve is more efficient and environmentally friendly. Double oil replenishing device is added to the oil circuit, which is not easy to damage the motor and prolong the service life of the hydraulic motor.
 operating principle:Pile hammer is a high-frequency vibration generated by high-speed rotation of eccentric wheel driven by hydraulic motor. Vibration energy is transmitted to the pile body by clamps, which changes the soil structure around the pile body and forms a fluid state. In this way, friction resistance between the pile body and soil is reduced. Then, the pile body is sinked or pulled out of the soil by the force of excavator to complete construction work.
