WORKING PRINCIPAL
The working principal of FL Fluidizing DryingGranulating is that material powder particles, under the annular fluidized state in the container (fluidized bed), are preheated and mingled by heated air which has been purified in advance. The adhesive solution will be atomized which combines some particles, resulting in adhesive granules. Moisture in granules will be evaporated because the heated air ceaselessly dries the particles and then the adhesive will be solidified. This is a repeated process in which the ideal and homogeneous micro porous spherical particles will be produced.

FEATURES
Improve fluidity and decrease the flying dust through powder granulation.

Blending-granulating-drying-three steps are completed in one machine (one-step granulation).
Anti-static filtering material is used to secure its operation.
Multi fluid airbrush embedded in binder atomizer makes equal particles which greatly improve the qualified rate of finished products.

WORKING PRINCIPAL
In GHL High Speed Mixer Granulator, powder material and binder are fully blended by mixture at the bottom of the cylindrical container into moist soft material, and then cut into uniform moister particles by the high-speed crusher on one side.

FEATURES
Employ reasonable structure--horizontal cylinder structure.
Employ gas flow closing drive shaft and it can be changed as channel to transmit water in process of cleaning.
Fluidized granulation produces ball-shaped particles with fine mobility.
25% binder is reduced compared with traditional technology and drying time is shortened.
Each batch experiences 2-minute dry blend and less 4-minute granulation, and the processing efficiency is improved 4-5 times.
Dry blend, moisture blend and granulation are finished in one sealed container, improving efficiency.
The whole process is under strict safety precautions.
Jacket type might be adopted on request.
