What is Acrylic Acid Emulsion?                                           

1.Emulsion Polymerization Reaction:It is one kind of polymerization reaction.Under the action of emulsifiers,initiator,and mechanical agitation,it uses water as solvent,and disperse monomers in water into an emulsion.
2.acrylic Emulsion is made through Emulsion Polymerization Reaction with Soft Monomer (for example,butyl acrylic (BA), isooctyl acrylic (2-EHA) ),Hard Monomer(for example,methyl methacrylic (MMA)) and functional monomers (for example,acrylic acid (AA)).

Raw Materials for Making acrylic Emulsion                               
In short,the raw materials are monomer, emulsifier, initiator, other additives, and water etc.

How to make the water based acrylic emulsion/polymer?

Introductions:
    1.Premix about 70% raw materials in the stainless steel tank;
   2.Mix about 30% raw materials in the electricity heating reactor;
   3.Add raw materials into 3000L stainless steel reactor from the 2500L tank;
   4. Put additives into the 3000L stainless steel reactor;
    5. Discharging.
