Manufacturing Process
Powered by state-of-the-art facility and technology, a totally computerized, end-to-end full automatic production system is operated. This allows to deliver high-quality and high-performance products to the needs of customers.
1. Hot Rolling
Slabs of titanium are rolled into black coils of highly refined thickness and shape before being made into white coils through heat treatment, pickling and finishing in the annealing and pickling plant to the needs of customers. White coils so produced are used for cold rolling and pipes.
2. Cold Rolling
Cold rolling is a rolling process in which the plastic deformation temperature is lower than the recovery temperature.
3. Annealing 
Annealing: A process of heat treatment of metals by heating them slowly to a certain temperature, holding them for a sufficient time, and then cooling them at a suitable rate (usually slow cooling, sometimes controlled cooling).
4. Plates
Slabs of titanium are rolled into products of the dimensions specified by the customer through heat-treatment and pickling process. Titanium plates are used by the heavy chemical industries that require corrosion resistance, such as petrochemicals, power plant facilities, semiconductors and special shipbuilding.

Characteristics of titanium plate:
1 Titanium plate is the surface of the oxide film is equivalent to a good wear-resisting hair separation agent, the use of titanium plate to save the separation agent so that the plate is easy to peel, avoid the process of pre-processing of the plate, titanium plate is half lighter than the copper plate. 2. The service life of titanium seed plate is more than 3 times that of copper seed plate, up to 10 to 20 years according to the operating conditions

1) High heat transfer coefficient
Spiral wound structure, heat transfer tube bundle is 3~4 times of shell side, increase the heat transfer area; The material stays longer in the heat transfer tube, and the heat transfer is more sufficient. Using the Irvine turbulence chattering frequency principle, the spiral winding structure makes the hot and cold objects produce strong turbulence and the heat transfer effect is enhanced.

4)Low scaling tendency
Soothing and polishing inside of the tubes. Small shell diameter, high flow rate, reduce the thickness of laminar flow, which means makes the dirt not easy to precipitate and accumulate, enhances the heat exchange effect. 90 degrees Angle connection, so that the fluid all participate in heat transfer, no retention area, reduce the tendency of the structure.5) Design flow rate up to 5.5 m/s to allow the refrigerant to transfer heat and wash the wall.

5) Quality certificate and quality inspection department assure the high standard manufacturing process.
The quality inspection department runs quality control management through all key links in the production process. The quality assurance manual stipulates contract control, design control, material and component control, operation (process) control, welding control, and heat treatment control, as well as other control procedures and control points of each link. The company has set up non-destructive testing involving radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, penetrant testing, etc. The quality control management is decomposed and refined, and the entire production process is placed under strict monitoring and inspection.
