| Q: Do you attend any Home-textile fairs? A: Yes, from 2007 to now, we attend over 10 international exhibitions every year, such as Heimtextil in Germany, FAST TEXTILE in Poland, China Import and Export Fair, China Cross Border E-Commerce Fair, Pet Fair Asia, HongKong International Home Textiles and Furnishings Fair and some irregular exhibitions. |
| Q:How long can you ship the goods? A: Usually, express courier like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc, shipping time is about 2-7 working days depends on country and area. By air port to port: about 7-12days depends on port. By sea port to port: about 20-35days. Agent appointed by clients. |
| Q: What is the MOQ for your goods? A: The MOQ depends on your requirements for color, size, material and so forth. For some normal items we have stock, there is no MOQ requirement. |
| Q: Can you provide OEM/ODM service? A: Yes, we work on OEM/ODM orders, which means size, color, material, quantity, design, packing solution,etc, will depend on your own requests, and your logo will be customized on our products. |
| Q: Can I have a sample order? A: Yes, for samples, it only takes 1-3 days. |
| Q: Is the product quality guaranteed? A: Our well-trained professional quality check team do 100% inspection during each production process before packaging. If there is any problem with quality, we'd like to provide a replacement in the next order. |
