1.Design Drawings
Mold generally need to make 2D or 3D design drawings, but I sometimes our customers only got samples
and our professional engineer to help you design drawings,and then send for your confirmation. If you want to
produce a kind of thing that we never thought, then you have to provide the product components,we can help you make the design for free of charge, so that next confim and the open mold.
2.Develope a new mould
Mold master design good programming,we use CNC machine as tools,Usually mold is very complex, technical content is also very high,So the production time will be a little longer, the general delivery period is 5-15days,
if the mold is very simple, it will make it within 5days,if more complex mold, we may take more time to make i
3,Toning
According to customer specified the Pantone number or according to the customer to provide picture

4.Products Hardness
Hardness can be different according to the customer's use of environmental testing hardness of silicone is about 20-80ShA, rubber is 30-90ShA
5.Mold put into machine 
According to mold  had made before,the mold will be heating, adjusting, washing, testing on machine, so we can design products forming time
6.product forming inspection
when products first time be make, we need to testing the size color hardness, which make sure about everything as customer request and we will send 10 samples to customer to confirm by delivery, after confirmation from our customers,we are gonna large production
7.Trmming packaging shipment
when rubber products or silicone products have been made,still many edges, trimming excessive flash.
after the test, we will check the product weight,and then pakaged, generally is 5000 a bag, 4bags into a box
if the product shape special or customer have additional requirements,we will be based on customer requriement for packaging,after packing is completed, our testing staff will be re-sample, if no error goods will
put into the warehouse, waiting for delivery

  • Packing and shipment
  • Four buffer is packaged with one plastic bag, then certain quantity of mounting are put into carton box.
  • Carton box insider rubber mounting is with packing list detail. Such as, item name, the type number of rubber mounting, quantity of rubber mounting, gross weight,net weight, dimension of carton box,etc
  • All of carton box will be put on one non-fumigation pallet, then all carton boxes will be wrapped by film.

 Answer:Of course, you can. Feel free to contact me about it if you need it.
  1. Do we need to charge for customizing our own products? And if it is necessary to make tooling?
Answer: if we have the same or similar rubber part, at the same time, you satisfy it.
 Well, you don't need to open tooling
New rubber part, you will charge tooling according to the cost of tooling.
In additional,if the cost of tooling is more than 1000 USD, we will return all of them to you in the future when purchasing order quantity reach certain quantity our company rule
  1. How long you will get sample of rubber part?
Answer: Usually it is up to complexity degree of rubber part. Usually it take 7 to 10work days.
  1. How many your company product rubber parts?
 Answer:It is up to the size of tooling and the quantity of cavity of tooling. If rubber part is more complicate and much bigger, well maybe just make few, but if rubber part is small and simple, the quantity is more than 200,000pcs.
  1. Silicone part meet environment standard?
