The STRETCH HOOD is a tubular film stretched and hauled on the pallet with cargo with goal of fixation and protection of the cargo. During the packaging stretch hood, which is delivered on roll, is cut on particular length, welded on upper side. Hood is then grabbed with fingers of the machine and stretched to the side bigger than the dimension of the pallet. After that follows the hauling of the cargo and pallet.

STRETCH HOOD has the same use as the SHRINK HOOD just in this case the hood stretch around the pallet. The advantage is bigger fastness and stability of the pallets. There is possibility of marking the film with mono colour ink-jet mark (example: date and recycle mark).We also produces shrink pallet covers (hoods) for manual usage.

Our offer includes narrow stretch hood film with a perimeter of 1000 mm, but also stretch hood film for packing large pallets with a perimeter of up to 6000 mm.

Our stretch hood film can be customized to give you low, medium or high stretchability. The optimal film thickness and recipe for achieving this are defined depending on the weight and properties of the packaged product and the customer-specific requirements.

Additionally, we can perforate the stretch hood film,this vented stretch hood film offers ventilation properties that vent moisture or heat allow packaging to maintain quality over time.
