Description
Ammonium bicarbonate, the chemical ammonium bicarbonate, is a food additive approved by the state for food products, which conforms to the national food safety and is allowed to be used. Used as a high-grade food starter. Combined with sodium bicarbonate, it can be used as the raw material of swelling agent such as bread, biscuit and pancake, and also as the raw material of foaming powder fruit juice. It is also used for blanching green vegetables, bamboo shoots, medicine and reagents.
