Single wall corrugated pipes machine
This production line can be used to produce corrugated pipes of PP/PE/PVC/EVA/PA continuously.
Plastic single wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance, corosion and abrasion resistance,high intensity and good flexibility,etc.They are widely used in fields of auto wire harness,electric thread-passing pipes,circuit of machine tool,protective of lamps and lantern wires,tubes of air conditioner and washing machine etc.
 
SJ-50 Single screw extruder
The extruder eqiups with the automatic feeder and dryer hopper. Automatically feed the raw material from the bag into the hopper, easy to operate, labor saving, time saving. By heating and drying the raw materials, after removing the moisture from the raw materials, so that the raw materials can be more plasticized and achieve the best appearance.The drive power is 15kw. Frequency conversion speed regulation. 
 
Vacuum automatic feeder
Automatically feed the raw material from the bag into the hopper, easy to operate, labor saving, time saving.
 
Hopper Dryer
By heating and drying the raw materials, after removing the moisture from the raw materials, so that the raw materials can be more plasticized and achieve the best appearance. Water circulation cooling at the first section of the barrel, which can increase the feeding speed and the extrusion amount.
 
Barrel and screw
The material of barrel and screw is 38CrMoAlA. High-quality alloy steel, under nitriding treatment. Screw diameter is 50mm. Barrel heating: 3-section heating, cast aluminum heating circle. Barrel cooling: 3-section cooling with air, stainless steel hood.
 
Reduction gearbox
Bearings: Imported thrust bearings, high torque output.
Gear material is 20CrMoTi. Under nitriding treatment, harden gear surface, teeth grinding treatment, quenching and tempering, quenching treatment. Gear accuracy is six levels. The reduction box equips with force lubrication system and cooling unit. Cooling system: Water circulation, better cooling and longer life. Not connect by belt, connects with motor directly, so better deceleration effect. Long service span, low noisy and low heating.

Forming machine

Double position automatic winder
The material of coiling disk is color galvanized. According to the pipe speed, the coiling speed can be adjusted. Inductive counting device, alarming when the pipe coiling disk is full. We also have single position winder. According to customer needs to choose.

3.PAYMENT TERMS
30% of total amount should be paid by T/T as down payment.
The balance (70% of total amount) should be paid before delivery by T/T or irrevocable L/C by payment (at sight).
4.DELIVERY CONDITIONS
4.1 delivery condition: FOB Qingdao port.
4.2 delivery term: within 60 working days after receipt of down payment, the seller should inform the buyer to do inspection. the seller should finish packing of goods and ready for shipment within 15 working days after the seller receipt the full payment.
4.3 supervision of loading: the seller should inform the buyer exacting loading time, the buyer should arrange for supervision of loading!
5.WARRANTY TERMS
5.1 warranty period: 12 months, starting from the first day of running machines in customer's warehouse.
5.2 seller shall grant: services and spare parts, free-of-charge service throughout the entire equipment warranty period.
5.3 lifelong service: the seller should provide lifelong service for the sold goods, the buyer pay for needed spare parts after the 12months warranty terms.
6.INSPECTION
when the machine finished. the seller should inform the buyer to do inspection before shipment, the seller guaranty good performance of all the sold goods. The seller undertake the material cost for the machine inspection in seller's factory. The buyer should come to seller's factory to do the inspection work, or the buyer could entrust any third part to come to seller's factory to do the inspection work.
7.INSTALLATION
The seller should send engineer to buyer's factory for machine installation and testing. Buyer should undertake all the traveling costs for engineer (such as hotel, air tickets and food) and engineer salary 200 USD/day/engineer. If engineers can't go to customer's factory for machine installation, the seller should provide online video calling service to guide customer for machine installation and running.
