1. Q:Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are a 25 years' professional factory specializing in producing PP luggage.
2. Q:Can you do OEM & ODM ?
A:Yes, we can. we'll charge the fee of opening a new mould.
3. Q:Sample lead time and container lead time?
A: Sample is 5-10 days, container lead time is about 35-40 days.
4. Q:About the sample fee
A:We will charge the sample fee, if have an order, the sample charge will be reduce from bulk payment.
5. Q:What is the payment term?
A: T/T or L/C available.
T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
L/C acceptable, but charge extra 1% of the contract amount.
