Precautions when replacing the nozzle:

The original nozzles are filled with protective liquid, which can ensure that the nozzles will not be blocked within one or two years. After receiving the nozzles, do not wipe off the protective liquid on the nozzles.
2.Do not use a syringe to inject the nozzle, it may cause the ink sac to rupture and print color! For your rights, please know! The nozzles sold in this shop are only shipped after strict inspection and testing; and they are filled with protective liquid, you use a needle tube Injecting water into the head not only washes away the protective liquid in the head, but also because the pressure of the hand is too large, it is easy to cause air blockage of the nozzle, resulting in no ink.
3. The head surface of the sprinkler is very fragile, it must not be bumped, and it must be protected. Its surface layer is an aluminum sheet, and the inner layer is coated with crystal oscillator and non-
Very small ink tube. Once touched, it will be dented, deformed, or even broken, and the nozzle will be scrapped;
4. Be careful when installing the nozzle, be sure to cut off the power first, and install it in place. After installation, gently push the trolley with your hands to move it left and right to check whether it is smooth. Don't turn on the power when it is installed, because if the head is not in place, the trolley will easily break the head when it moves. , Strong controllability;
5. When connecting the plug and cable, do not bring ink, and make sure that it is in good contact with the socket. Do not touch the feet, which will cause the nozzle to be short-circuited.
6. The steel shaft should also be clean and smooth. It can be wiped with a paper towel with some lubricating oil. Do not directly add oil to the shaft. The excess oil will flow to the nozzle and cause damage;
7.After the mechanics and circuits are all correct, check the water circuit. First, check that the amount of water in the ink cartridge is insufficient; second, check the small cleaning blade and the ink suction pump.

8.There will be air in the nozzle that has just been installed, so it will not print normally immediately. Only when the air in the head is completely exhausted can the line be normal;
First of all, you can use intermittent cleaning (washing only 2 times at a time, and then washing for 2 times after a 30-minute stop). Excessive cleaning will cause ink accumulation in the cleaning pump, which will not only cause color mixing and ink leakage, but also waste ink. ;Secondly, you can print more pictures to let the nozzle exhaust the air during work; again, if the machine has led out the waste ink tube, you can turn off the power first, and then use a syringe to cover the rubber tube to draw the waste ink tube until it draws out 3 -5ML ink, then turn on the machine and clean it once with the machine normally. This is equivalent to artificially extracting the air from the head. The side effect is that it is easy to cause the cleaning pump to pile up ink.
