                                                                        HANDHELD FIBER LASER WELDING MACHINE

Handheld laser welding machine is generally composed of laser, chiller, control software, laser welding head, optical fiber and other components. The advantages are simple structure, fast start-up, flexible welding, strong welding penetration, and can beat welding of various complex angles.

It is suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy plates, etc., and also for welding between various materials, and it has optional cleaning and cutting functions for your choice.
 

Handheld laser welding machine can replace traditional argon arc welding, electric welding and other processes in the field of welding with its advantages of high speed, simple operation and high welding strength.

Smaller Size, Flexible And Convenient: Integrated design, laser, water chiller and control part are integrated together, occupying a smaller area, low requirements for the site; welding torch transmission fiber is equipped with 10 meters, breaking through the limitations of the worktable, can reach a wider welding range, suitable for all kinds of complex welding seams, can weld any part of the workpiece and the desired angle.
 
Good Welding Quality And Firm Welding Seam:Constant laser mode, smooth welding seam, no fish scales, strong and firm welding seam; Small heat affected area, small yellowing and blackening areas on both sides of welding seam, small overall deformation of workpiece; Small pile height of welding seam, no need to proceed secondary sanding treatment.
 
Simple operation no need training:English operation interface, the working status is clear status; the operation panel is concise and easy to understand. The monitor support contact touch, expands the tolerance range of the machined parts and the width of the weld, which solves the disadvantage of small spot size and better weld formation. With multiple safety alarms, it automatically stops after removing the workpiece (with a loop), which brings safety.

Main Parts

Special laser source for welding application:
Laser welding uses a high energy density laser beam as a heat source for efficient precision welding. Since laser welding requires high precision for workpiece pre-machining, the position of the beam on the workpiece is not significantly offset.
Wobble type head special for welding application:
In response to the limitations of laser welding technology, the market has gradually introduced a laser welding method with double wedge laser vibration, which is realized by disposing a special wobble vibration module on the welding head. The application of wobble welding technology can make laser welding more widely used, and it can achieve high-efficiency laser precision welding for larger or wider welds workpieces.
Auto wire feeder
It is an automatic drive mechanized wire feeder. Light in shape and easy to operate. The system is controlled by microcomputer and driven by stepping reduction motor, with high wire feeding accuracy and good repeatability.
