What's your return policy?
-All garments must be approved by you before production. This is done at the end of the design stage.
Approving design mocks ensure all parties agree to the artwork and garment being manufactured.
We rely on you to ensure names and numbers are spelt and allocated correctly on the garments.
Any errors in artwork, product type, spelling or quantity that have been approved and supplied by you
will not be refunded.We are more than happy to discuss alternate resolutions with you.
-If you receive a faulty product (manufacturing or fabric), or design that does not match the approved
artwork, we will gladly replace the product for you.Please return the faulty product so that we can assess
where the issue arose and hopefully prevent it from occurring again.We will not refund damaged items
caused by incorrect use or activities unsuitable for the garment.

| Q3: Can you help to draw the designs for me? Free or Charge? | A3: Yes, we can help you with the design for free. |
| Q4: How long is the production time? Can you do rush order for me? | A4: For less than 20 pieces, it will take about 5 days. For less than 50 sets, we can finish about 12 days. Sure, we accept urgent order and deliver your goods on time. |
| Q5: How long for the delivery? | A5: We normally ship by express shipping, DHL. you can get about 4-9 days after ship out. |
| Q6: How do you control the product quality? | A6: We have a set of inspection standards, from raw material inspection, to mid-term inspection, and the final inspection. Each inspection is completed by special personnel to ensure the quality of the final product. |
| Q7: What will you do if the products have a quality problem? | A7: We will give you a replacement or compensation if the quality caused by us. |
| Q8: This is my first time to do business with your company, how can I ensure to get the goods successfully? | A8: One hand, we are the premium supplier certified by made-in-china, you could check this with the customer service. Another hand, you just need to pay 50% deposit before production and the balance after you see the product photos. |
