Valerian (Latin scientific name: Valeriana officinalis L.) Patracaceae, Valeriana is a perennial cold-resistant, flowering, herbaceous plant, up to 120 cm in height; the rhizome is short and head-shaped, the stem is hollow, and the cauline leaves are ovate to Widely ovate, corymb panicles terminal, corolla lavender or white, filaments flat, flowers and fruits from July to September.

Indications
