Equipment Characteristics
1.This machine is used for rinsing bottles before filling, this machine is especially used for rinsing of glass bottles, if to use water rinsing, can rinse both inside and outside of glass bottles, if to use air rinsing, can rinse only inside of glass bottle.
2.This machine adopts elastic strong manipulator to grab the bottle, flap the bottle, rinse the bottle, pour the bottle, reset the bottle and feed out the bottle to achieve automatic production.
3.This machine is widely used for round glass bottle, square glass bottle and flat glass bottle, via replacing bottle feeding in screw and bottle feeding in/out starwheel to achieve automatic production.
4.This machine can be equipped with circulating water tank to reduce water consumption.
5.This machine can choose cold water rinsing, hot water rinsing, cold/hot water alternate rinsing or circulating water rinsing.
